General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) - "Time out at Lake Tollense"

1. Arrival / Departure
FROM 3 p.m. / Until 11 a.m. Departure must be on the day of departure by
no later than 11 a.m. An overrun of the departure time of more than 30 minutes
will result in the calculation of an additional overnight stay.
Other arrival and departure times can be agreed individually with the landlord.
If the tenant does not show up by 9 a.m. on the day after their specified arrival, the property is considered vacant and can be rented again. A (proportional) repayment of the rent due to early departure is generally not made.

3. Payment & Withdrawal
The rental contract is valid upon receipt of the payment in the landlord's account

5. Renter's Obligations
